I look forward to hearing from you. *Titles: SQL Server DBA* *Location : Allen, Texas* *Contract Length: 6-12+ Months contract.* *Minimum Qualifications* · High school diploma or equivalent. · 18 months of experience in installing/configuring SQL Server 2012/2014. · Understand data aging techniques in an SQL Server and Oracle DB. · Understand database replication technologies on Oracle, SQL Server and DB2 for LUW. · Understand how to use Activity Monitor, SQL Sentry and Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor database systems. · Understand how to work in a Windows networked environment with remote desktop and VDI. · Must be able to write scripts in a Linux and Windows environment with tools such as PowerShell and Bash. · Understand DR strategies to monitor and remediate issues on DR servers. · Understand, monitor, and develop file transfer techniques and scripting.
