This will be done in 2 Phases: (1) Core FMS - OTC, PTP, RTR and (2) Planning / Supply Chain A Business Architect for Supply Network is needed to assist in driving the business scenario and process design during blueprint. Customer has immature processes in these key areas, which is both the largest risk and opportunity area for UA. We have an SNP consultant on the ground who can configure the SNP tool to meet the requirements of the customer, however we require a leader who can assist the customer strategically in how this critical part of their supply chain should function. There are many with respect to lead times, capacity, quality, price, country risk, tariffs and duties that have different pros and cons. Picking the right option for sourcing will be critical to maximizing the value of this piece of the project scope. Skills would include global supply chain strategy, ideally in apparel or footwear. Integration with Transportation management will be required as there are options in this area also with the nature of the global supply chain. The solution must also support the rapid global growth strategy which will be rolling out over the next 4 years, which will likely be different than how they do things today, so a view of evolving best practices for a rapidly growing company would be ideal.
