Also when you print an invoice the first time it displays the "details" IE:
domain name as configured in option table.

But if you go to the invoice maintenance, then there is no details (it is
display blank)

And if you were to fix the bug, I could not upgrade the installation.

Any will do, doesn't matter really as long as there's the ability to do it.

I think on the day the invoice should be presented to send out the invoice
to
the registered email address in the database.

For me, all my invoices start on the 1st of every month, even when people
join
mid-month, the invoice is summed to the end of the month and they're all put
on the "same" billing cycle to start on the 1st of the month (whether
they're
monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, yearly or 2 year accounts).
