I have thousands and thousands of customers myself, so listing them
all would be hard to look through and use. I think someone else was
looking into implementing this, but I'm not sure if they ever did
anything. You can do this in a non-elegant way right now by not
entering anything into one of the text searches like Company Name and
just click Search and it will list out everyone.

I think 0.9.4 sorta does this, there is a new Invoice Maintenance link
for manager and admin users at the top when viewing the Billing
record, but putting it in the bottom linking to individual invoices in
their billing history would be a good idea. (I added a feature
request to bugs.citrusdb.org)

Yes, Notes is a better name. (I added a feature request to bugs.citrusdb.org)

I thought they were a good idea for when in the tools if one forgets
what account they are trying to enter payments for or needs to go look
up billing information when making an invoice or something while they
are in there, they can go back to that on the main screen and then
click back onto the popup window to continue what they were doing.
Maybe they are annoying for other things though.
