Alright, I chose the Email Invoices icon and entered my customer ID. 
The result is...

Billing
BATCH: 9

taxes: 0, services: 0

I see nothing in my smtp server mail logs that indicate an email send
was attempted.

For the Example Company I can see an invoice when I choose "Print
Invoice".  I must have setup my customer correctly.

If it would help, I can make my install of citrus-0.9.4 publicly
available with a guest uid/pwd.
