That's exactly it. When there are no services/billing it shows nothing
because of this:

WHERE c.account_number = '$account_number' AND removed <> 'y'";

Can't we remove the 'AND removed <> 'y'? What happens if we do? I know it
does show the client info then but will it show all cancelled services too?
