Now that 1.0 RC1 has been released I'm looking to see if anyone can
help update language translations for the 1.0 release. There have
been a few people who have sent in language translations and I thank
them, though I haven't gotten any recently with updated wording for
the newest versions. Below are the language files I have with their
percentage of completion. Some of these translations were submitted
earlier during development than others which is what accounts for the
missing wording that has been added in later versions.

us-english: 100% (this is the base that should be used when creating the others)
nl-dutch: 45%
de-german: 86%
es-spanish: 94%
tr-turkish: 95%
eu-french: 189% (yes, 189%, it was done with an early beta version
that probably wasn't quite ready for translation and has many more
words than are used by the software)

I also think the file names should be in a more structured format. I
am looking for a format of a two letter ISO country code a hypen and
then the language. Since there are many countries that use the same
language but have different names for things like taxes, states, and
currency this split will be necessary. So you could have a number of
files for one language with multiple localizations like us-english,
uk-english, au-english etc.
