That's what I was wondering. I have gone through just about everything, I think I figured one method out but it isn't exactly what I wanted. I am just not sure exactly which code to put in there to make it work. I have a few other issues but I think most of those are trivial.

This type of option would need to be coded in there, probably into the modules/customer/create.php file.
