There isn't a list customers function yet, right now the only way to do that is to click on one of the customer search buttons such as the Customer Name field but don't fill in anything in the search field and it will display all the customers.
I'm going to add a list customer function to the issue tracker, since people seem to want it, though after a certain number of customers it may get difficult to use with a large list.
