You definitely want to use the full path '/home/kelseyja/public_html/jacobi/citrusdb' otherwise it won't work.  When you get the error It's looking to see if it can load the search.php file that is in your path, so maybe you are missing the search.php file somehow?

cPanel reports the following:

 

PHP version 4.4.3
MySQL version 4.1.20-standard-log

phpMyAdmin version 2.8.0.2
register_globals variable is turned "off"
