No, not out of the box. I don't know if anyone out there has made it work with other databases. It works with MySQL out of the box. It would work in theory, but the default SQL dump would probably need to be modified at a minimum, and possibly a tiny bit of the code, though It does use an abstraction layer, so maybe none of the code at all.
