Duh! I think i was making things more complicated in my head. CitrusDB will do the job. I didn't see that I can add scholarships as a credit with frequency of 1. And although i have to divide the total number by 10 for ten months that we bill I still put 1 for frequency. I just have to a make sure that the cutoff dates are correct.
Sorry if this has been covererd before in the forum. But I'm using a fresh untarring of 1.3 (and new databasee ofcourse) and I'm having a bit of trouble. I just created a new customer and added an example service.
