Hello, Hopefully someone can deduce where I have gone wrong here.
Specifications are Windows 2000 SP4, Apache 2, Mysql 5.0.16, PHP 5.1.6. I did not find a version number for CitrusDB. I downloaded and installed it on October 18, 2006. I added a customer with billing cycle of zero since the maintenance I do for them is on an as-needed basis and is billed immediately. I setup the tax table and added a service which includes my hourly billing rate. All transactions are check or cash. When viewing the customer I see each instance of billing the one service along with the correct amounts. When I print invoices using the billing date I get a blank pdf. When using the billing ID to print invoices I get an invoice which only includes the tax. I entered a partial payment for this customer which shows up under the payments tab. My two questions are: 1. What needs to happen for the billed amounts (which show on the billing page) to appear on the invoice? 2.
