mysqldump should be able to dump all the data to a file made up of series of sql commands and it can make a csv file too, but I've never used that feature.
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysqldump.html this dump feature is also built into phpmyadmin. It exports it to a file with all the necessary sql commands to recreate the database (and the data in it if you select that option) from scratch.
