Are you trying to get data from call detail records into citrus? I'm interested in that too, though it's not such a pressing need for me yet.
I think the general steps for billing based on call detail records would be: 1. make one time service types for each calling rate, eg: A Call from the US to Australia for $0.023 with option attributes to hold other details about the call. 2. convert the CDR into new service imports for citrus with the usage being the minutes of the call, the options_table holding the other call details that might be shown on the bill, etc. 3. make something that dumps those new call services into the citrus mysql database each month.
