The invoicing that CitrusDB would perform would be like a subscription - which I think it is setup to do? What would be awesome is if when the customer logged into their account, their invoice amount could be transferred to a storefront - or the Linkpoint system much like a storefront. Linkpoint has several options, and the one I chose makes it possible for me not to store any cc data. Is it possible to not have the customers CC data stored in citrus? I went back to the citrus page again, and I am guessing that I was wrong to think it would let customers pay their bill automatically. For some reason - I was getting credit card batches and that function intermingled. I don't want citrus to do any credit card functions, just billing - and allowing customers to login to view their accounts after we manually adjust the db to show payments have been made. I would like to be able for the customer to click a link on their invoice page - and transfer the account total to a storefront (I use a very simple java storefront) - do you think I could make that happen? Sorry to ramble here - I just need to get a solution in place, and this looks to be one of the better ones out there.

If this is done by YourPay, You could set CitrusDB up to generate invoices, but then not print them, so it has a record of that month's invoice. You could then import the payment results from YourPay if you can correlate their billing ID with their YourPay data before importing it, so it matches up with the right record. There isn't any storefront like interface for it where they just login and pay each monthly service or something like that, it's really built for automatically recurring payments. You could have one time services, but then you would have to add that one time service to their account each month in order to bill them and it would get messy and hard to keep track. If you have a separate storefront, you could import the results of their storefront payment into CitrusDB, but it doesn't have it's own storefront.
