I didn't have the premission setup for the user. I was able to use php admin 
and was up and running citrus db in minutes.

It sounds as though you are on the right track.  Either the user/password is 
incorrect - or you do not have the permissions for the database setup properly. 
 I use webmin - so the database permissions are extremely easy to manipulate.

Hello PHP was not setup on the subdomain where the citrus was. The only problem 
is now the page loads but at the top of page I get " Access denied for user 
'cottagebill'@'localhost' (using password: YES) " I do belive this a SQL user 
premission on the database that is creating this error. Since I have setup on a 
new server I just need to find the settings. If someone can confirm this is the
