When I go into the screen to view notes, the drop down menu shows "not
done", "Not Done" & "Pending"; I don't understand the difference between
the lower case "not done" and upper case? Also is there a way to get
"Finished" or "Completed" to show up here rather then having to go back
to a person's message list? The flow seems odd here.
