Thanks for the reply. Yes I did check the help and to be honest it did  
not help.

When I go to "Print new invoice" I don't seem to be able to find any  
bill...

Could you please provide a step by step case, from the generation of  
the service, to the generation of the bill?

This would be appreciated, as neither the interface nor the help files  
are obvious.
