You know as much as I do, Doc. Just got an email from Martina Rosenberger inviting me to take part. Luckily it is the weekend before I start teaching at a lute school run by Stefan Lundgren near Nurenberg. So I'll be in Germany for a whole week - looking forward to it! I will let you know all the details about the symposium when I get them. I met Martina at the conference in Michaelstein (papers for which have just been published). She is a wonderful bundle of energy, and seems very keen to develop awareness of the cittern (in the catch-all sense of the word) in Germany. Her English is very good, so I will invite her to join us in our jangly corner of cyberspace.
