Does anyone know when the so-called Preston or watch-key tuner patent
was applied for? or perhaps when it first appeared? I've realized
that I know next to nothing about this ingenious device. Where did
he (if it was Preston) get the idea from? Apart from the key, it's
nothing like a watch.
