* texinput/CJK.sty ([EMAIL PROTECTED]): New macro.
Update all affected files where possible to use it instead of
[EMAIL PROTECTED] This fixes a bug reported by Danai which made
\chapter work in the `scrartcl' article class (instead of
reporting an error) after using a CJK caption file.
* doc/history.txt: Updated.
