OK.

Yes :-) The work was necessary for proper Unicode support within
TeXLive.

This is very good news!

Yes. Those files are small, and having multiple files doesn't harm
today, I think.

Those files contain graphical symbols only.

In my CJK package, HLaTeX fonts are split into three families: Hangul
(CJK encoding `C63'), Symbol (`C64'), and Hanja (`C65'). Bom and
Dinaru fonts contain only Hangul syllables, which are contained in
virtual fonts with a single trailing decimal digit. Thus the solution
is quite simple: Copy `UKS-HLaTeX.sfd' to, say,
`UHS-HLaTeX-Hangul.sfd', and remove all entries after the line

  # Symbol.sfd

so that only entries for HLaTeX subfonts `0'-`9' stay in the file.
Then you can, for example, say

perl sfd2uni.pl UKS-HLaTeX-Hangul.sfd wbm uwbm HLATEX

and you get no warnings.

No. But you have to do the same game as with gothic: The files
`umj0{0,1,3,4}' must be copied to `ush0{0,1,3,4}', and the references
in the virtual fonts (e.g. in `wsh07') must be updated accordingly.
Then you can run hlatex2agl and sfd2uni as usual.
