Well, do something like this:

  \begin{CJK}{GBK}{...}

  \begin{tabular}{16}
    ^^81^^40 & ^^81^^41 & ... & ^^81^^4e & ^^81^^4f\\
    ...
    ^^81^^f0 & ^^81^^f1 & ... & ^^81^^fe & ---     \\
  \end{tabular}

  \newpage

  \begin{tabular}{16}
    ^^82^^40 & ^^82^^41 & ... & ^^82^^4e & ^^82^^4f\\
    ...
    ^^82^^f0 & ^^82^^f1 & ... & ^^82^^fe & ---     \\
  \end{tabular}

  \newpage

  ...

  \newpage

  \begin{tabular}{16}
    ^^fe^^40 & ^^fe^^41 & ... & ^^fe^^4e & ^^82^^4f\\
    ...
    ^^fe^^f0 & ^^fe^^f1 & ... & ^^fe^^fe & ---     \\
  \end{tabular}

  \end{CJK}

As you certainly know, the first byte in GBK runs from 0x81 to 0xFE,
and the second byte from 0x40-0x7E and 0x80-0xFE. Such a table is
easy to generate with a script or program. Note that I'm not sure
which positions in GBK are empty, but you should be able to check this
in the internet...

You *will* find the problem :-)
