Uuh, yes, this is a serious problem. Unfortunately, the fix is not
trivial: It is necessary to modify the makefdx.pl script so that it
creates a macro which holds a ToUnicode cmap for the `v' subfont; this
macro is later to be used in [EMAIL PROTECTED] (in CJKutf8.sty).
For the moment, I've disabled ToUnicode mappings for vertical
representation glyphs which come from the `v' subfont.
The change is in the git repository. Please test.
