Sorry, I thought it was the same problem as with the other mail.

The subsetted CJK font embedded by dvips in the PS file has the PS
name `utf8usong4f'. Later on, dvips tries to access font `songext4f'
which of course doesn't exist.
I suspect that the MAP file isn't correctly set up. You probably have
this:
songext4f songext4f <songext4f.pfb
However, the second argument must be the *PS font name*! With other
words, it should be
songext4f utf8usong4f <songext4f.pfb
