Baked stuffed quahogs are the local delicacy. Quahogs (pronounced
co-hogs) are regional clams............<G>. They can be WAY spicey, or
made with bread crumbs and paprika and spiced to taste. Diced up in
their stuffing and baked in the oven in clam shells.........
YUM.
