Susan, I think Katherine Li of Avalcier Cavaliers (I hope I've spelled
that right) designed this site - and it is done with Frontpage; it
certainly is impressive! The flying text is done via dynamic html, which is
available "automatically" in some web editors, including Frontpage, Hot
Dog, and I believe Dreamweaver. I have a page with a swooping stork
carrying a baby which I did in Hot Dog just using a few selections from the
menu... The diamonds that follow the cursor can be done, I think, with both
DHTML (dynamic html) and javascript (there are several javascript scripts
around - the most popular does snowflakes but you can use any suitable
images!)
