non-members. Does the cost include first class air mail postage? If not, I
will be happy to add whatever it takes to get a copy quickly. To whom do
you want the check made out and for how much including first class postage?

PS Some 2001 Cavalier Directories still available for $40 postage paid to
US, $5 global priority to Canada. For those of us who have to have
everything that's in print (especially with photos).
