Hi Julie,
Change the all upper case db to first word caps before you merge. Here's
how: Save another copy of your main db (the one that is all caps) then open
the new one, highlight the Name column by cliking at the top when the black
arrow shows up, then under Edit drop down to Change Case, then click Title
and they will all change. Then use this db with the one you want to merge.
