Betty,

I'll give credit to my source, Rebecca Koll's, the television host of
Rebecca's Garden, but she swears that a tablespoon or two of ordinary tomato
juice fed to your furry friends will eliminate the yellow spots on the lawn.
She has a yellow lab and suggests it works for her. I've not tried it with
Lizzie, my black and tan, but have always thought it would be good
information to keep in mind.

Subject: [CKCS-L] Any lawn suggestions?

Hello everyone!
I just thought I'd drop a quick note to see if anyone here has had any
experience with the natural tablets available to give to dogs to help
neutralize their urine on grass? We've just put in new sod and sprinklers
(boy -- do we spoil our little dog or what? ha ha But then again, every
Cavalier deserves to be spoiled!) and I'm just thinking ahead of possible
ways to avoid the "yellow spots" in the lawn. I would appreciate hearing
from you.
Thanks!
