I don't know if it's your blk/tan or the neighbors. My husband broke our
dogs from barking and pawing on the porch gate to get in by leaving the hose
on with the sprayer so it won't run all the time. When they bark or starting
pawing at the gate he quickly ran and sprayed them good and said, "NO
BARKING". The learned quickly. Maybe your neighbor will agree to try this if
you ask her really nicely. Other wise try putting up a wood privacy fence
between the homes. Hope this helps.
