We don't want to believe it but there are a lot of asocial people out there
with dogs. An acquaintance of mine had a Weimerainer for 12 years. As far
as I know she had never mistreated the dog and even talked about the dog on
occasion with some affection. One day I came and the dog was gone. When I
asked about the dog she said that the dog was getting old and ill so she took
it to the park and left it there to die. I think she almost felt proud of
her decision. I'll never understand some people.
