To Alida and anyone wanting to copy a list message (or part of one) If you highlight (left click and drag) to select the text you want to copy, right click to get the drop down list left click on copy left click outside the highlighted area to finish the copy Open MS Word, in a new document Click on Edit at the top Click on Paste in the list You will then have the text in a Word document that you can do any kind of formating you want.
