Hi Glenn, if you are interested in learning more about natural feeding methods I would suggest that you definitely join the Cavaliers Naturally list. There are some fabulous files on the site including menus. You also need to read books and two good ones are Dr Ian Billinghurst's books called "Give Your Dog a Bone" and Grow Your Pups with Bones". However there are many more and I think there is also a good list on the Cavaliers Naturally site.
