Dear Glenn,
Yes and no...I kept the runt of a litter of labs, he weighed 2 pounds when
everyone else weighed 10 pounds. He grew up to be the largest of the
litter, larger than his father. I have also kept the runt of my last litter
of Cavaliers, she is 6.5 months and almost all caught up. But then again,
the runt male of another Cavalier litter, at two is still small, smaller
than his sister.
I imagine I've been a big help.
