That's probably Pet Supply House Phyllis. They were in Oakville, ON but now
have their warehouse in Guelph, ON. The vet bedding is great and you've
described it perfectly. It's never wet on top, so it's perfect for puppies.
I wouldn't be without it in the whelping box. The price through Pet Supply
House is $20.00 (Can) for a 36 X 36 inch whelping pad, $35.00 for 48 X 48
