I put up a fence but the "shock" has gone out of it. The light inside the garage, indicating that it is working, is blinking just as if everything is working properly. I can touch it and it doesn't give me any kind of a shock. From the beginning it was a very mild shock, enough to keep any of my dogs from wanting to dig out. I don't know what happened. The wire has not been cut and it is not touching anything. Has anyone else had this experience with the wire you put up that gives only a mild shock?
