I have already replied to Myra privately, but since you asked, you are
correct. If the Import comes from a "Recognized" registry, it can be
used at stud "if it is either Registered with the CKCSC, USA, Inc - OR -
ELIGIBLE to be registered. There does not have to be any promise of
registration either. The litter is simply registered with the same
papers as usual, plus the same documents that would be required IF the
stud dog were to be registered - in this case it would be the English
Registration Certificate and the 3 Generation Export Pedigree showing
the colors of all the dogs in the pedigree.
