A friend has just rung asking for information on Invertebral Disc Disease I have never heard of it, although I understand there are many hits on an internet search Her Cavalier is a 3 1/2 year old boy, who had a sad start to his life. Since she has had him (at 8 months of age) he had had both slipping patellas sutured and now on X-ray, this has been diagnosed. He is on an anti-inflammatory for 2 weeks and then will be reassessed- probably at the Vet School. Her questions are about treatment, and prognosis. Is there anyone has had any experience with this condition? She would love any information about it.
