 Hello Diane,
Does this mean that if ..oh say someone sells a dog to Canada and the new
owners..let's say long time exhibitors of CKCSCUSA shows..like Bridiga
Reynolds or Evelyn Bleaney wants to show they will not be able to register
 the dog?

Hi Joanne, Diane and List: I may be asking the same as Joanne but I need
more clarification. I was a member of the CKCSC, USA for many years and is
my understanding correct that if a dog is born in the US and registered
CKCSC,USA they are not able to be registered in Canada which was the case
when I was a member. However, with the registration of Cavaliers in the AKC,
Canada now recognizes AKC registered Cavaliers and anyone in Canada buying a
AKC only registered Cavalier can now register that dog in Canada. Now to go
a step further, if that person wants to register that particular dog in the
CKCSC,USA is this still possible. I know of a few cases of this occurring
several years ago and wondered if this is still allowed and when this
practice was in fact disallowed or changed.

I apologize if any of my information is erroroneous no offense intented, I
just needed some clarification of what I heard and experienced personally.

Thank you,
Tina
