Carol
I think I explained in an earlier post - not all countries were
represented - Canada, Germany France etc. Jeanie spoke briefly about the
dogs in NZ in her talk. If all countries had been represented it would have
taken days!
I am sure that it never entered the organisers heads' that the USA would
expect TWO representatives - I know I wouldn't have thought about it - after
all politics were not supposed to have come into the day at all and
shouldn't have in my opinion and others here in the UK and in Europe
As I said in my previous post it was the first of its kind - should another
country decide to put it on again no doubt the agenda will be different
It is just a pity that there has been all this comment months after the
event - people were given the opportunity to make comments anonymously
(either good or bad) at the end of the day but failed to do so. I draw my
own conclusions therefore
I might add that many breeder judges here in the UK including myself were
absolutely biting our tongues at what the allrounder speaker had to say -
many could have cheerfully throttled him! VBG
With apologies to Kim for continuing this thread after her request to stop

Annette
