hi all,
glad to hear that everyone who has family and friends in new york is safe and
sound.
so far from all my friends and family, everyone is alive and accounted for,
with the exception of one. my husband called a doctor who is a business
assciate of his yesterday morning as soon as he heard about the attack. he
called to tell him that he would not be able to make it into the city.
apparently he had not heard the news yet. when my husband told him what
happend, all he said was oh my god, my wife works in the WTC. so far we
havent heard any news on her.
i just cant believe this has happened. i am going to try and get over to the
headquarters that have been set up to give blood. from what i understand,
the lines have been so long they are asking people to come back another time,
but i will give it a try.
have to go watch the news now.
