Here is what Northwest Air said:
In addition, Northwest is instituting the following policies:
Suspension of unaccompanied minor travel and pet transport programs until at least
September 17.

I don't know if any other air lines has instituted similar policies. I am trying to
find out specifically about British Air as I had a puppy schedule to arrive yesterday.
Of course she didn't and we are trying to reschedule.
