Hi Stephanie,

If you are using an A-5 clipper you shouldn't have to unscrew the blade to
take it off the clippers. You just press that little bar/button (its located
where the blade meets the clippers) , then push the blade away from the
clippers and you'll be able to pull it off. The blade sits on a little
hinge. When you push the blade away from the clippers, you are opening up
the hinge. If you unscrewed the blade to remove it from the clippers, you've
taken the blade apart. You need to open up the hinge assembly, put the
pieces of the blade back together (you can probably find a picture of a blade
on a web site to get you through it) and then put the blade on the hinge and
push it toward the clippers.
If you go to <A HREF="http://www.neserum.com";>http://www.neserum.com</A> and
look for a Replacement Hinge Assembly for an Oster clipper, you'll see a
picture of the part.

I don't know that this will help. It is difficult to explain (easier to
demonstrate) :-)

Good Luck!!
