I beg to differ with this statement - patellar luxation,
probably..........but hip dysplasia....No

 Many  cavaliers have varying degrees of hip dysplasia and it's not evident
by just watching the dog move or standing unless it's a severe case.   If it
was.....we wouldn't need to OFA.........and even with that, most cavaliers
cope quite well with their structural defect never having a
problem............in my opinion.  :-)
