Darlene Brennan is a USDA registered (commercial breeder) -- required if you have three or more intact bitches AND sell to pet stores or brokers :-( breeder in Goodson, MO. She is not listed as breeding Cavaliers in the 2001 book, so that must be a new breed for her.
