<< I'm not sure how many other Cavaliers have managed to become honorary Aussies for obedience, but they go by AKC rules and it is fun. >>
Congratulations, Elin, on Nigel's new title. I have several "honorary Aussies", too (past Min Poodles, a Brittany, and a couple Cavaliers). I did ASCA obedience back when it was just a fun match for other breeds, but yes, now they allow other breeds to get actual ASCA obedience titles. Even if you have higher AKC titles, you have to start back in Novice in ASCA. The shows around here, anyway, always include conformation, juniors, and often herding trials--all of those just for Aussies.
