Hmmm...I wasn't aware that Hitler, Stalin, and the Taliban were breeding dogs at all. The point is that the scientific theories about breeding dogs are usually postulated by people who did not breed dogs...or if they tried their theories out, they did so with breeds more like Beagles, which breed pretty true and are usually the scientists' breed of choice for more reasons than just that.
