I think the sauce on the berries is called zabaglione, an Italian custard sauce made with marsala or sweet sherry. This sauce is often served warm over berries or fruit. You can find many recipes for this on the net but I have one if anyone wants it. Merry Christmas everyone. Barbara Bond
